The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall store management, including the supervision of store personnel, sales personnel, and other functions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the store Oversee hiring and termination of employees Supervise sales staff and ensure quality of services provided to customers (inspect products against standards, evaluate customer experiences and communicate them to customers and clients) Establish goals, strategies and objectives to achieve sales and maximize customer satisfaction Oversee training of new employees and employees in general (when needed) Manage staff time off requests and ensure staff takes time off requests are honored properly Comply with legal regulations, company policies, and company contracts Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or similar role Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service Experience with managing sales staff preferred but not required Understanding of business principles and marketing strategies preferred but not required (will train on specific selling techniques) Customer service orientation Job Type:
