Position description:
Please Read Carefully, if you cannot meet all things listed, do not apply. This position is for someone with the qualifications listed below, not willing to train.
o Full time Office Assistant employment onsite at Zephyr Cove, NV.
o Starting work day may vary depending on week/seasonal schedule and weather conditions but typically 9a.m.-5p.m. M-F, with occasional weekends for special events or projects.
o Starting $32,500-$36,000 annual DOE, advancement based on performance, attitude, experience and your ability to make yourself indispensable.
o The position is stable, long term, and not driven by the economy or selling product. So we must have the right person.
What you are expected to do and know
o You must be able and willing to adapt and be flexible to the needs of the job. If you have other "work interests", this job is probably not for you.
o Must have a positive attitude.
o Must work well with others. Be part of a team.
o Be able to work alone. Be productive and efficient when no one is watching.
o Attention to detail to simple and complex task required.
o Wear clean professional office attire always. Must follow proper work dress etiquette.
o Must have own transportation for commuting to work year round, including snow days with icy and snowy roads in Zephyr Cove, NV.
o Must pass background and drug testing.
o Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proper Grammar/Spelling and no use of slang or short words.
o Ability to follow directions, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
o Able to conduct Internet searches/ordering efficiently.
o Must be reliable and exhibit a good professional work ethic.
o Answer telephone with proper business etiquette.
o Pick up and send mail & packages.
o Run errands and/or perform additional task as needed to meet day to day operations and needs of owners.
o Understand, Perform and Maintain inventory process.
o Keep area of work clean.
o Accounting math proficiency required.
Computer skills required. Qualified applicants will be tested as part of the final interview process.
o MUST be proficient with windows 8.
o MUST know Excel. Able to perform spreadsheet task, formatting, writing formulas, creating data bases, etc. Qualified applicants will be tested.
o MUST know Word. Able to type minimum 45words per minute. Create a correspondence letter. Create labels from an excel database, etc. Qualified applicants will be tested.
o MUST know OneNote. Able to maintain record of daily tasks and folders for supervisor review.
o MUST know Onedrive. Able to work on files from the cloud, open, edit, save, upload and download.
o MUST know Outlook.com. Able to work with the schedule, add events, follow up on tasks and events and disperse information.
o MUST know how to operate a digital camera. Adjust settings, upload and simple manipulation of digital photos.
o A PLUS. Knowledge of quick books, create and edit PDF forms. Or willing to acquire knowledge on own time.
o A Real Plus, working with vector based software and WordPress. Or willing to acquire knowledge on own time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
